It was back to work for me today, so Lucas was back at daddy day care again.. We will definitely have to look into Childcare this year though as Brian only has a limited number of days left of leave he can take..
So when I arrived at work after 2 weeks off, I was greeted with this on my desk - yup, it had my name on it and everything.. =P
Basically every year our department receives gifts from the various companies we do business with, so my boss puts them all together, then draws out names for each of the gifts.. Too bad that we don't really drink any alcohol though! Maybe I'll use it for cooking or something..
Anyway, after work, my brothers and sister came over for pizza and my sister gave Lucas these pair of goggles.. They fit him perfectly as you can see.. haha.. I just love his cheeky smile and how Brian pinning his hands down again..
And for some reason he was full of beans tonight, he was still wide awake at 10.20pm and only fell asleep at 10.40pm.. He was talking and laughing all night which was such a joy to hear as he's usually very serious.. Hopefully the late night will translate into a full night's sleep (still have my fingers crossed for this one!) or at least a sleep in!
